Information we collect
We collect information you submit through account registration, profile forms, vehicle enquiries, live chat, and administrative uploads. We also record basic showroom activity such as page and vehicle views to understand demand and improve the service.
How it is used
Information is used to provide saved vehicles, maintain conversations, respond to enquiries, manage inventory, protect the service, and measure website performance. Hale does not sell personal information.
Retention and control
Account information remains available while your My Hale account is active. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from the Profile section. Enquiry records may be retained where reasonably required for business, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
Passwords are stored using salted password hashing. Administrative and customer sessions expire and can be revoked. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so only necessary information should be submitted.
